It is very difficult to alter shipping arrangements after a cargo placement and physical loading of a container has occurred. We will attempt to make changes with select shippers but we can not promise any modifications to cargo assignments.

In hard to reach locations, Plaza Popular has cooperated with clients in sourcing third party delivery agents to fulfill orders. Additional insurance must be supplied to complete these tasks.
